Distribution Analyst - Citi (New York, NY)

Title: Distribution Analyst Location: NY-New York . Requirements collection from multiple businesses and stakeholders across Citi for large scale technology projects directly impacting research distribution activities. . Coordinate a broad range of projects tracking task ownership, actions, milestones and deliverables. . Analyse data and interpret results to help drive research distribution strategies. . Communicate business requirements in written and verbal form to stakeholders and project managers in the technology organisation supporting Citi Research. Candidate has worked within financial services, preferably a Capital Markets or Research CRM or client distribution role. Skills . Excel fluent . Experience in CRM role understanding client data, managing client interests etc. Competencies . An effective communicator at all levels of personnel. . Comfortable dealing with different time zones outside normal office hours. . Demonstrate ability to work independently and take ownership of project components . A positive attitude and an ability to take the initiative. . Quickly grasp new requirements and related knowledge, and communicate to others. . Manage tight deadlines while juggling occasional, necessary, changes in requirements. . Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek answers.
