IDM Systems Integrator and Developer - NYSE Euronext (New York, NY)

Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Identity Management & Access (IAM) System. Engage in the application and integration activities. Design and develop system interfaces and adapters to integrate with IAM solution and IDM database. Provide subject matter and functional expertise in the area of Information Security and Identity Management systems development. To help influence internal/external customers and stakeholders with respect to Identity Management solutions. To act as a catalyst for innovation for the Enterprise IAM solution. To proactively develop and maintain technical knowledge in the area of Information Security, Information Systems and Enterprise Application Integration. Core Skill Set: • 7+ years of experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems • 5+ years in a systems integration role • 2+ years technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into IT infrastructure and applications • Experience in the development of API and System Integration Adapters • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems • Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans • Experience using software development lifecycle methodology • Ability to take a broad view of his/her position and take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others • Ability to work as a member of a team and independently Additional Desired Skills and Experience: • Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas: - Experience with single sign-on solutions (including federation) - Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience - Resource Provisioning - Role Base Access Control • Experience in Java, JDBC, and SQL languages • Knowledge with C/C++/C# is beneficial • Database integration experience. Oracle preferable. • Evaluates products and upgrades for appropriateness. Oversees and implements system upgrade strategies. • Experience with one or more directories such as Active Directory and LDAP • Familiarity with: major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Unix; resources like Active Directory, exchange; and/or leading • Experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of complex solutions for distributed information systems. • Ability to analyze, research, and implement enterprise standards systems access and information security. • Research current systems technology and serve as subject matter expert on complex systems processes and procedures. • Conducts capacity planning reviews with management and approves capacity plans formulated by less experienced personnel. • Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance • Experience with packaged application solutions for PeopleSoft HR and Oracle Financials Systems is desired • Experience with commercial IDM solutions, including, Oracle Identity and/or Access Manager is desirable • Experience administering Identity Management software and its interactions with infrastructure components • Understanding of security concepts regarding Middleware software.
