Manage multiple projects simultaneously from the ground level up, maximizing productivity by prioritizing tasks and clearing obstacles. Communicate proactively with teammates, infrastructure, security, and quality assurance to continuously improve processes and engineering excellence. Must haves: Strong Core Java programming skills Strong experience with SOAP and RESTful web service work Strong experience with Spring MVC and other Spring based web experience Good communication skills Skilled in documentation including UML, business logic flows, and technical writing Additional Preferences Innovative drive and experience coupled with quick mastery of new technology, language, or development environment. Skilled in documentation including UML, business logic flows, and technical writing. Proficient use of SQL and Datamodelling. Qualifications/Experience: 6+ years professional software development experience with web applications. Accomplished mentor of Java web application development teams. Proficient use of SQL and Datamodelling. Innovative drive and experience coupled with quick mastery of new technology, language, or development environment. Self-motivated, naturally curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and client-focused environment. Skilled in documentation including UML, business logic flows, and technical writing. Preferred: Spring MVC, Webservices, and Security. AJAX and Web 2.0/3.0 application development expertise. Android and Objective C smart phone development experience. JMS and Jasper reporting framework experience. Flex, Flash, and Graphics experience.
