LAN/WAN Network Engineer in New York, USA (NYC, Edison NJ, Framingham, Hauppauge) - Dencom

Job Description: • U.S Citizen a MUST, 7 yr criminal background check required, IP VPN understanding a MUST. Alcatel and Juniper a nice-to-have, but not required. • Comparable to Cisco CCNP-level. Generally, 5-10 years of industry experience • Skill set required: • Working knowledge of Cisco routing& switching • CCNP-level routing protocol experience. • Protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP. EiGRP, HSIP, BFD, EBGP-Multi hop, • Familiar with route maps, SLA trackers, SNMP, TACACS • Familiar with all access types including Ethernet. • Security (Firewall, VPN) also a plus • Certifications: CCNA required, CCNP (Route/Switch) preferred • Service Provider experience desired • Good verbal and written communication skills
