Reporting into IBM's Research Triangle Park location, you will support site operations and mechanical renovation of the IBM RTP facility. Your core projects will include: construction managing site renovation projects, assisting maintenance and operations teams in developing solutions to complex site mechanical issues throughout the facility, defining and testing data center emergency response plans to ensure due awareness and preparedness of site Data Center support staff and working directly with the site engineering and operations teams to propose, investigate, and implement energy conservation opportunities. A key to success in this role relies on the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
