PeopleSoft Lead/Systems Analyst - Computer Management Group, Inc (New York, NY)

Job Description Client has a vacancy for a PeopleSoft Lead Systems Analyst with PeopleSoft Ben Admin Module experience and knowledge to support ongoing production maintenance and system enhancements of the HR and Benefits functions Under the direction of the Development Manager the Lead System Analyst has the primary responsibility of ensuring the quality of the software architecture support NYC HR Benefit system The Lead Systems Analyst will also be responsible for datacode analysis creation and review of technical designs documentation and promotion of code using PeopleTools 851 and Oracle 11g Platforms The Lead Systems Analyst will also manage the dissemination integration and promotion of PeopleSoft customizations upgrades and patches across multiple environments Preferred Qualifications bull 6+ yearsrsquo experience with PS Benefits Administration Module bull 6 +yearsrsquo experience documenting processes for HR Payroll andor Benefits bull 3+years PeopleSoft 9x development experience with HR Benefits Administration bull 3 full lifecycle PeopleSoft HR andor Ben Admin implementation experience bull 3+ yearsrsquo experience with PS Interface Process Scheduler bull 3+ yearsrsquo experience with PeopleSoft PeopleCode SQR SQL bull 3+yrs experience developing PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and 3rd party systems bull Excellent knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Database model bull Excellent understanding of a systems development lifecycle methodology bull Working with an enterprise wide largescale implementation bull Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written) interpersonal and organizational skills are required Experience with STAT Preferred bull 35 yearsrsquo experience with Unix and Shell Scripting bull VISTA Plus report distribution tool bull CA Scheduler Tool bull Knowledge of mainframe environment is a plus bull Experience working with PeopleSoft Implementations in a government or civil service environment bull Experience working within a matrix environment
