Job Description

The Programmer Analyst will work with several IT teams, business users and support teams in this permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the shared development and implementation of applications

    • Implement, modify and support existing internally developed applications

    • Assist in the creation of documentation to support current and future applications

    • Provide technical application support and follow through to resolution

    • Participate in internal projects as assigned



Required Skills

    • 2+ years experience with programming and development of applications

    • Business world application development experience

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Team player with the ability to work with various users and technology groups

    • Experience with one or more of: Java, Perl, C++ and a relational database




Desired Skills


    • Knowledge of one or more financial product (e.g. equities, fixed income, derivatives)

    • UnixShell scripting

    • Development experience on Kdb+ and Q language

    • Knowledge of Compliance and Supervision Reporting
