At IBM we understand that real business value is delivered when business consulting is enriched with advanced research analytics and technology As a Strategy Consultant for IBM you39ll have the unique opportunity to bring these elements together and enhance the value that we bring clients In this position you39ll work directly with clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions that drive business value You39ll use your indepth consulting skills analytical expertise and business knowledge to determine business objectives as well as processes measurements and appropriate tools for formulating hypotheses and testing conclusions that result in the best solution for business needs As a Consulting Practitioner you39ll work collaboratively with clients to develop integrated business and operating strategies and models that create rapid and sustainable value You39ll help clients envision their future as well as align business and technology to create new possibilities develop the strategies and plans to achieve those possibilities and manage the change as the vision is implemented Do you like solving tough problems Then you39ll like consulting at IBM Join us Interested in learning more about IBM Check out the IBM Global Careers newsletter Required Bachelor39s Degree At least 5 years experience in strategy consulting including both salesbusiness development and delivery in process optimization arenas such as ERP CRM or other crossfunctional business process optimization solution area At least 4 years experience in business solution software and understanding of general principles of business software suites (logical models sales delivery) from either sell or buy side (buy side preferred) At least 4 years experience in Csuite communication skills Readiness to travel 50 travel annually English Fluent Preferred Master39s Degree At least 4 years experience in Strategic financial thinking Additional information Lead ILGDefensible Disposal implementation support sales engagement and act as key leader between IBM GBS GTS various software brands and Partners for delivery of engagements Responsible for engaging with CIOs and the Csuite to communicate the value proposition economic benefits of and strategy for defensible disposal of unnecessary data as well as leading solution sales team engagements in business case and business plan development Optimize team and talent for period revenue
