The site is organized by topical "practice areas" and geographic regions, built and maintained by public interest legal organizations and law firms throughout the country. We are looking for a Senior ColdFusion Web Developer for our office in New York.RequirementsRequired· 8+ year of ColdFusion programming experience· 8+ years working with HTML/CSS and web publishing standards (HTML, Atom, RSS, REST )· 8+ years of relational database experience (strong preference for MySQL or SQL Server)· Sold understanding of window server environment· Understanding of MVC architecture patterns, experience with ColdBox a plus· Must possess a desire to learn emerging technology and Internet trends.· Strong analytical skills· Demonstrated self-starter· Sense of humorDesired· Understanding of object oriented programming· Additional modern development languages (preference for .Net)· Microsoft SharePoint knowledge will be an added advantage· Must be able to easily adapt to changing priorities and manage workload accordingly· Flash/ActionScript experience including familiarity with Flash Media Server· Familiarity with web usability best practices· Web design experience
