Preferred Masters in Business Administration bull Relevant professional certifications including CIA CISA CMA bull 5+ years of experience as an Analyst on process reengineering projects bull 7+ of experience in Operational Risk Technology Risk andor Operations Risk related projectsfunctions bull Knowledge of standard Risk ManagementControl frameworks including COSO COBIT ITIL and regulatory guidelines including OCC FFIEC and CFPB bull Knowledge of key financial services regulations such as Basel II SOX GLBA bull Outstanding verbal and written communication skills facilitation and collaborations skills bull Track record of delivering complex process reengineering projects bull Track record of interfacing with and presenting results to Senior Management bull Track record of operationalizing risk management programs and practices bull Track record of process control integration and risk management reporting bull Track record of developing incident response processes and protocols bull Strong understanding of Key Risk Indicators (KRI) including the application of KRI to establish risk thresholds bull Ability to quantify risk appetite in a manner that influences business decisions on whether to outsource to a Third Party bull Ability to determine how the monitoring of various KRI can indicate when risk appetite thresholds set against a Third Party have been breached bull Strong understanding of Third Party Management and oversight bull Excellent followup skills and attention to detail bull Strong teamorientation and interpersonal skills bull Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multilocation team structure bull Proven ability to articulate complex risk management topics methodologies and frameworks
