Scope: Provide Windows print support for Honda Windows print servers (AHM - 32, HAM - 7) Provide 24x7 on call support (best effort) for Severity 1 problems to Honda (claiming standby is not approved) Provide incident management for Honda Windows print Provide change management for Honda Windows print. Provide move, add, change support for queues, drivers and configuration on each in-scope Honda Windows print server. Provide DHCP/DNS reservation support for Honda Windows printers only. Key Skills/Levels: Windows - 5 Applications - 5 Skills Required: Ability to communicate to customer, gather requirements from multiple sources both IBM and Honda, and perform the print administration to support the installation, movement, change, and deletion of print devices in the infrastructure. - Level (5) Ability to configure print servers and points of integration to receive output from multiple business environments including SAP, Peoplesoft, and mainframe print thru VPS and DRS. - Level (4) Knowledge of print drivers and the installation and registry structure for print drivers produced by Cannon and HP. - Level (4) Ability to debug multiple print driver issues both 32 and 64 bit drivers, and how these drivers impact the spooler service of a Windows print server. - Level (5)
