Job Description: US IT supports and develops internal systems and applications for use by PWC staff in all areas of the Firm. Field Services provides onsite support of Firm products and services to PwC partners and staff. Manages and maintains local office enterprise IT and Infrastructure. Position/Program Requirements: Knowledge Preferred: Responsible for resolving technical issues and implementation of standard technologies in the local market. May develops and shares best practices across the national network. Degree in Information Technology, Business or Communications is preferred Certifications such as A+, Network+, MCSE are helpful but not necessary Skills Preferred: Experience in PC support, remote communications, local area networking, PDA''s Windows NT, 2000, XP Professional operating systems, software installation and configuration Windows NT server operating systems and applications. Experience with Lotus Notes, MS Office 2000, and XP Professional Responsible for working with all staff levels Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 1
