Letter Grade Consulting

We believe that a preemptive approach is the only approach. My main goal is to save the restaurant owner's money ,time and reputation by providing services/solutions that would allow them to be what we call "inspection ready".
I offer various programs based on the immediate needs of My Clients, and the size of their establishments. Whether I am servicing a corporate cafeteria, a restaurant chain, an upscale restaurant or a local eatery, my goal is always the same, get the "A" and maintain it. The various services I offer are geared specifically towards achieving that goal.

Mock Health Inspections:

Unannounced and simulated to feel exactly like "actual Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) Inspections";

My Inspection utilize's the actual worksheet used by the health inspectors from the DOHMH;

During a complete walk-through of the establishment, any and all violations are recorded;
Upon completion, Client receives a comprehensive report which shall include:
A detailed summary of the inspection
Instructions/suggestions for correcting violations
Incorporating solutions for preventing violations without disruption of your established practices.
Monitoring that corrective actions were implemented prior to your next Mock Inspection
In preparation for DOHMH Inspections, Clients are advised on proper interaction with DOHMH Health Inspectors.

Permit Service:

Fines for an expired Permit are $1000. Expiration dates are easy to forget. Waiting in line for renewal is a day wasted. Let me put it on my to do list.
Selected permits are tracked and maintained in my database.
I automatically renew and deliver to Client all permits prior to expiration
A Client no longer has to keep track of multiple expiration dates, nor take valuable time out of the day to apply and process said renewals;
Client shall receive a list of any and all posters that must be displayed at the establishment.
