Assistant Manager Client Services - CBS Corporation (New York, NY)

Supervise staff of ten Customer Services Coordinators. Primary point of contact for management to monitor and oversee Customer Services interaction with internal facility, fulfilling purchase orders for video processing and manufacture. This position ensures that all client needs are met, to the fullest satisfaction, in the most efficient and cost effective method that is practical. Responsible for monitoring staff workload while making ad-hoc adjustments to maximize department output. Work closely with staff to ensure all obstacles are overcome and that the client’s goals and requirements are met. Appropriately escalate to management any servicing or technical issues that could impact our relationships with clients. Review internal work orders in Enterprise system to ensure accuracy Create and run exception reports Create and direct staff in maintaining order tracking logs Correspond with internal departments Correspond with external clients about the status of their requests Ensure all client correspondence is addressed in a timely manner Guide staff in creative resolution of technical and resource issues Ensure staff creates and maintain accurate customer files (paper and or digital) Ensure staff directs library data maintenance Review billing invoices for accuracy Review daily inventory reports for clients Ensure staff update client database Train new hire in daily functionality of department Investigate any exceptions to normal department performance Ensure staff follows set departments policy and procedure Required Skills/Experience Four or more years experience in Customer Service Highly competent with Windows based computer systems Minimum Education Level Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Job Status Full Time
