Benchmark Business Networks a provider of electronic payments is seeking a Customer Service / Data entry/ Client Relations/ Sales liaison
About the Job
Job Description
We have an immediate need for a customer service, data entry, client relations, and sales liaison relationship manager to work with our existing Customer and Sales service team.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity
Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Salary is 37,500 annually with opportunity for rapid advancement
Candidates must have previous customer service; client relations and sales back round would be a plus
Duties and Responsibilities include;
• Point of contact with internal and external customers in a supportive role
• Communication via telephone and email correspondence
• Liason with our vendors and sales partners
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organization skills a must
