JOB SUMMARY: To provide world class service and support to the Citation customers in the Citation Service Center and direction, guidance and leadership to team members in the performance of aircraft maintenance activities. JOB DESCRIPTION: Serves as primary point of contact for Citation Service Center customer, including coordinating and communicating all aircraft issues. Provides training and support to employees including approving timeand labor, conducting performanceappraisals,coaching, and removing obstacles in support of their aircraft maintenance activities. Meets with customer upon arrival, reviews scope of work with customer and adds squawks as required. Defines communications and discrepancy approval process with the customer throughout visit. Provides cost estimates and pro-forma invoices.Reviews credit terms with customer, coordinates progress payments with accounting and customer as required while aircraft is in maintenance. Codes service orders for invoicing. Resolves customer complaints and warranty disputes. Works with the Service Center team to maintain and develop positive relationships with current and future customers. Responds to customer inquiries and is responsible for assuring customer satisfaction by communicating customer needs and feedback with the Service Center team.
