OfficeTeam is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our Monmouth County clients. This position would be reporting to the Office Manager & will be temporary to full time. The main responsibilities of this position would be: inbound phone calls to prospective clients, following up on e-mails, general office work (filing, data entry, and faxing) and any other projects as assigned. The hours for this position are 5 days per week with Sundays/1 day during the week off 12-9pm.
