Schedule patients for approximately 80 providers (primary and specialty). Must be detail oriented, follow direction and have advanced customer service skills. Requirements: customer service oriented, IDX or Epic software a huge plus, call center experience preferred and medical background. Candidates will be evaluated based on call volume per day, errors in a week, speed of answer and their productive make busy time/call time. Examples of calls candidates will be handling are scheduling appointments, candidate must take the time to make sure all appointment parameters are followed. Each physician has different appointment specifications. Prescription refill messages for doctors, medical advise questions for doctors/advice nurses; these calls/messages MUST be routed to the correct person.
