Customer Service Representative at State Farm Insurance

Pay: $10.00 to $13.00 an hour

Primary Responsibilities:

It includes but is not limited to the following:
• Telephone control: handling all incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate individual for handling
• Claim reporting
• Mail & File
• Insurance account servicing
• Additional duties to be assigned by Agent or Office Manager

Skills and Requirements:

• Bilingual-Spanish preferred, not a must
• *Must obtain licensing requirements quickly with agency assistance*
• Previous success in sales, customer service or marketing
• If not experienced, must show the capability to quickly adapt to a sales environment
• Telephone Skills
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Able to learn computer function
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High integrity, self-starter, ethical, positive attitude, energetic, great organizational skills, detail-oriented, Ability to multi-task is a plus
• Must possess excellent communication skills-written, verbal ,listening
