Job Description The Manager of Residence Services will act as liaison between Hotel Management, the Board, the Owners and SVO Member Services, while insuring standards are met, on the Owners behalf. The Manager of Residence Services will work closely with other departments within the Hotel, as needed, to deliver seamless operation of the Residence Club. Additionally, the selected candidate will establish pre-arrival protocols, with preferences and arrival information for Members, actively respond to Starwood Preferred Guest inquiries, provide owner education meetings while in-houseclarifying SPG and reservation programs, track and communicate all owner concerns, manage accurate Starguest details and develop/schedule all Residence Club events. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years similar experience in a luxury operation, along with flexible schedule is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a second language (multi-language skills preferred) required.
