Quickcomm are looking to hire an experienced Strategic Project Manager in a Program Management capacity for customer engagements. NYC or Central Connecticut preferred, although this is flexible for the right person/s. Key responsibilities in the US are for client Telecom Expense Management deployments and in the successful implementation and delivery of solutions within the East / East Central US regions. This role will be responsible for managing groups of clients related to Telecom and Expense Management implementations for the TEM Practice, serving as the lead on the management for specific client projects. The successful candidate will be key to the successful delivery of TEMs services and solutions to clients and leading on key programmes and projects. For own nominated clients, they will serve as a Strategic Project Manager for all types of Implementations, Proof of Concepts, One Time Audits, and other projects as needed. This exciting opportunity is due to continued growth and demand and will see you have exposed to numerous tier 1 and 2 clients aligned to Quickcomm and VGE. Essential Proven commercial experience to manage complex projects and programs (programmes) end to end through to completion Experienced in Project Management with atleast 5 years commercial experience, with varied approaches and methodologies - Prince 2, PMP or related Accreditation desired Relationship management experience with client facing delivery experience Strong proficiency in MS applications such as PowerPoint and Excel Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent ability to understand and negotiate Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to deal with conflict and change Results oriented, with a self-motivated and proactive mentality Ability to multi-task and to think creatively in solving problems Ability to work with all levels in the organization Familiar with Continuous Performance Improvement (CPI) techniques Politically savvy and strong at business networking in local and wider regions Must be US based with no restrictions, close to NYC or CT is preferred, although this is flexible for the right person/s Happy to travel in US regions, with theÂ occasional overseas travel Additional language skills are a bonus Desired Degree and five years business experience in telecommunications Operations management experience would be a plus It is essential to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and effective business partnerships, working closely and proactively with all business groups to ensure needs and requirements are identified and understood, service issues are addressed, service performance is reviewed and monitored, and ultimately, the customerâs expectations are met.
