Title Representative - Inbound Retention Cablevision Division Cable and Communications Operations Department Name Sales Retention-NJ Job Location NY / Bronx Requisition ID 13801BR Position Type Full Time Description The Inbound Retention Representative is responsible for answering inbound disconnect or request to downgrade calls. The representative is also responsible for saving the customer and the service by using superior customer service skills to uncover the reason for disconnection. As an Inbound Retention Representative, you must be able to convince the customer to keep their existing service or switch to a comparable package. Duties and responsibilities: Answer inbound disconnect or downgrade calls and attempt save on every call. Uncover and track reasons for disconnects. Utilize the KDB to be aware of all save disconnect campaigns or promotions. Access and update customer accounts in IDA. Adhere to the schedule, policies and procedures of the department. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. We offer $14.42/hourly plus a competitive commission Plan. Our top performers earn over $85k. The Retention Sales Rep will work four (4) weekdays from 12:15pm - 9:15pm and every Saturday or Sunday from 10:00am - 7:00pm.\" Qualifications Superior Customer Service and Communication Skills. Knowledge of IDA and Aspect phone system. 2+ years call center experience preferably customer service or sales. Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus. Proven ability to work under pressure.
