The Director of Clinical Services, RN, reporting to the CEO, for this newly formed Care Management Company (Sister Company) will have overall responsibility for developing and overseeing a team of Clinical staff ensuring that quality care is given to all patients enrolled in the Managed Long Term Care Company's plan. The ideal candidate will have management experience in a Managed Care Company with Long Term Managed Care experience. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree will be required, with a Master's Degree and CCM Certification preferred. Excellent interpersonal, computer, verbal and written communication skills also required.
