Description The HCM LMS Consultant will be responsible for overseeing the functional development and configuration of SAP Learning Management for HCM from End to End of the full life cycle of the project and across multiple countries Required Skills Broad knowledge of SAP LMS solutions Specific knowledge of LMSLSO (business practice implementation and latest SAP solutions using EP4 EP5) Global expertise preferred (knowledge of multicountry is preferred) Configuring SAP HR LMS to achieve desired functionality Technical specialist with experience in SAP LMS End to End with SAP EP4 or EP5 Experience in defining configuring SAP LMS solution including Appraisals Reporting and Administration Experience with Global implementation (Europe and Americas) Influence and lead positive changes to operational business processes by developing workable solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP standard functionality Translate functional requirements into technical design for global SAP LMS Develop and oversee test plans for Global LMS Assess and report upon impact and ramifications of proposed solution changes Serve as primary focal point for new SAP LMS solution requests Creation of business blueprint including SAP LMS standard settings and RICEFW identification Experience Desired 1012 Years of continued SAP HCMHR experience 45 Full Life Cycles of HCM implementation
