Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. is recruiting for a Sr. Analyst Supply Chain Customer Solutions Analytics and will be located in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.
Johnson & Johnson Customer Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Specifically, Customer Services and Logistics (CLS) represent all Customer Experience, Distribution, Transportation, and Channel management for the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. This organization represents three separate sectors of the Johnson & Johnson Organization: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow global visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to the broader Johnson & Johnson Global Supply Chain Organization and partners closely with peer groups throughout Global Supply Chain

Sr. Analyst Supply Chain Customer Solutions Analytics Responsibilities:
• Gather analytics requirements from US Region SC Customer Solutions stakeholders
• Develop and implement data collection plans
• Source data across multiple source systems: Order-to-Cash (5 systems), Cost to Serve (2 systems), Contract Pricing, GDMS, End User Sales, Sales Mart and other systems as required
• Integrate data across the multiple systems to enable complex data analytics to produce information for customer facing diagnostics and Joint Business Planning process
• Integrate complex data visualization tools such as Cognos, Tablaeu, MS Excel to enable easy access to large complex data sets; as well as provide interpretive insights based on the data
• Drive knowledge transfer across discipline/business partners/Franchises to ensure ease of transition to “self-service” capabilities as appropriate. Proactive problem identification and solution development to a variety of problems of broad scope and complexity, referring to policies and practices for guidance
• Conduct data analytics for US Region Customer Solutions, new business model assessments, Business Plan, and Cost Improvement Projects
• Benchmark department capabilities within J&J and with outside companies
• Conduct trending and analysis, data mining, validation and maintenance to generate creation of reports and scorecards aligned to business requirements/needs
• Present data in a format that allows management to make strategic decisions; i.e., creation of an executive summary; use of PE tools and concepts to analyze/drive process improvements as appropriate
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues using company-specific knowledge of products, processes and contacts and develops recommendations for resolution
• Ability to develop automation tools for deployment within team and across supply chain
• Utilizes project management tools to deliver results on-time and provide timely updates to management
• Utilizes governance process to ensure SAP supply chain reports remain valid and accurate across any system upgrades
• Maintain current relative to industry trends and benchmarks in relevant areas to gather broad business knowledge


Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree or focus in Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business preferred
Minimum of four (4) years+ of relevant logistics experience with five (5) years overall business experience required
• High level of proficiency with MS Excel including (V look ups and Pivot tables) and Word required
• Demonstrated strong collaboration skills with experience working on cross functional teams required
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills required
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or JDE preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of the end to end supply chain preferred
• Finance knowledge and/or work experience in any of the following areas: accounts receivable, deduction management, cash application and collections preferred
• Supply Chain knowledge, including Order Management, Forward and Reverse Distribution/Logistics preferred
• LEAN / Process Excellence knowledge, training and/or certification preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• PMP/FPX certification preferred
• Experience with Tableau and/or other data visualization systems software preferred
• Medical device sector experience preferred
• This position will require up to 25% domestic travel
