Title: SVP, Recruitment Marketing and Social Media Location: NY-New York As the SVP, Global Recruitment Marketing and Social Media, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing recruitment marketing initiatives inclusive of social and digital campaigns in support of Citi's recruitment efforts globally across all candidate segments (graduate, experienced hires and executives). Working closely with regional and national recruiting leaders and various business stakeholders, you will be responsible for formulating and executing high-impact talent attraction strategies and harvesting communities via multiple social media venues to produce a high yield of prospective candidates. You will efficiently and effectively manage high-profile recruitment sourcing campaigns for key businesses / markets from concept to completion. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with our strategic vendor partners. Key Accountabilities: -Lead recruitment marketing strategy, programs and promotions globally -Managing global framework for recruitment marketing strategy and operating social media at Citi; responsible for brand adherence, coordinating social media registration and approval process, maintaining best practices, and coordinating with other key Citi stakeholders including Legal, Social Media, Marketing, Technology and Compliance. -Identify and develop emerging technology tools that grow the Citi Recruitment brand and support hiring efforts globally -Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans inclusive of social campaigns and virtual events for various business / geographies -Support global recruiting teams in developing local social presence and viral marketing campaigns -Grow the Citi social community footprint through digital promotions and driving ROI from investment in social media -Research new vendors, tools, and technologies and advise on opportunities -Create reports and analyze patterns on community growth, engagement, candidates, hires and other metrics to measure the overall vitality of social communities -Manage and maintain internal communications for Citi social including best practices, platform updates and industry news -Manage day-to-day relationships with creative agencies, platform vendors, and media providers for Citi -Manage and optimize paid media campaigns running across broader recruiting organization -Monitor sourcing methodology trends including search engine marketing, social media technologies, job boards, and traditional venues as well as new tools / applications and apply that knowledge in future investments -Manage recruitment marketing budget ensuring spending is efficient, in accordance with Citi policies and within budget at all times. -Partners with recruiters and HR partners to implement targeted campaigns for difficult to fill positions and/or high volume positions. -Operate global corporate social media channels in accordance with Citi administrator guidelines Qualifications: -Bachelors or Masters degree inMarketing, Communications, or related discipline required; Business and/or Human Resources degree or equivalent experience preferred -5 years demonstrated success manainging social media marketing campaigns -3 years of experience within recruitment; management or recruiter -Expereince working in a global organization with a strong global mindset. -Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit -Possess a global mindset and demonstrated experience operating internationally across large, highly matrixed organizations -Demonstrates a passion and strong knowledge in the areas of strategic sourcing and new media techniques and proficiency with various social media channels and tools. -Strong knowledge of digital communications -Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities and have the ability to create strategic options for addressing problems/opportunities and achieving desired outcomes. -Able to leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders and partners including internal/ external customers, business partners, team members, and global recruiting organization colleagues. -Experience managing multiple vendor relationship with strategic recruitment marketing partners across the globe. -Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize work on an autonomous basis. -Able to maintain the highest level of customer care and satisfaction through various virtual interactions. -Able to cultivate networks with recruiting teams and client groups across a variety of functions and locations within the organization, able to take on responsibilities across business / geographic boundaries. -Adaptable and flexible; comfortable working under ambiguous, changing conditions -Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple tasks / activities at the same time. -Able to communicate Citi's brand and employment value proposition over competitors through campaign. -High attention to detail, balanced with appreciation of the bigger-picture goals and objectives -Comfortable working remotely; able to manage and participate in remote teams Location: New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore or Mexico City
