Categories: Customer ServiceJob DescriptionPRINCIPAL DUTIES:1. Answer majority of incoming calls2.&#160; Order entry3. Aids in obtaining customer credit information and approval.4. Answers questions from customers concerning their order and delivery.5. Handles most follow-up, expediting, and/or changes to existing orders or projects6. Coordinates sales follow-up including start-up service administration, solutions to delivery or shipping problems.7. Assists in ordering parts to assure their availability as required for customer and in-house use.8. Process outgoing shipments, via parcel, LTL carrier or customer pick up. Packs and unpacks materials; weighing and placing proper postage on packages or cartons. Assures complete bills of material are shipped on customer orders.9. Works from freight bills and packing lists from incoming trucks to process supplies, materials and equipment. Receives, counts, visually inspects, and verifies parts numbers on supplies, material and equipment.10. Checks forecasts and prepares reports as required by Supervisor.11.&#160; Processes vendor invoices for approval.12.&#160; Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:1.&#160;&#160; Product familiarity; HVAC experience preferred.2.&#160;&#160; Licensed to operate mobile vehicles.3.&#160;&#160; Must be able to step up on fork truck several times per shift using upper body to support body weight.4.&#160;&#160; Must be able to perform very repetitive work.5.&#160;&#160; High school diploma or equivalent6.&#160;&#160; Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs up to 30 times per hour.7.&#160;&#160; Ability to use manual or computerized systems for order entry, invoicing, data application, and equipment selection.8.&#160;&#160;&#160;Computer processing knowledge and proficiency (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) to complete duties.
