The position is within a Physician Organization/Practice Operations area and is a newly created position that will oversee the opening a multi-specialty clinical practice in NYC. Essentially we are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of experience managing a physician/ambulatory practice. This new site will house 7 different specialties (Ophthalmology, Dermatology, ENT, Endocrinology, to name a few), therefore, the Practice Administrator will help manage different group viewpoints, priorities and personalities. We are looking someone who is polished and has solid multi practice operational expertise. There will be a financial component, ie. budgeting, etc., but the focus is on day-to-day operations as well as strategic planning and some marketing as this is a new site.
