Company Driver Pay/Compensation: Salary plus bonuses vary from the tours/assignments. First year earnings for 8-10 months of work, drivers should expect $45-55k in all total. 90 day review for possible increase to salary. Clean MVR. No Criminal history, even if the driver had a small infraction many years ago that was expunged (See section on qualifying for Canada). Able to be on the road 8-10 months of the year with NO home time, VERY IMPORTANT!! US Passport; must be able to obtain prior to orientation. Solid work history-proven loyalty to one company over an extended period of time a plus. Current DOT physical with long form. Must have winter/mountain experience. Must be admissible to Canada (cross the border issue with criminal history, even expunged cases can be revealed by Canada.) Exceptional backing skills.
