Experienced Truck Driver (Full Time)

hleppers Moving & Storage has been established for over 30 years and has built a great reputation, both nationally and in the local area. Located in Bronx, NY we specialize in providing quality Moving & Storage services.

We are looking for full-time, experienced truck drivers with clean driving records.

You will be completing all tasks and duties required for driving around the local area and delivering household goods, as well as some long-distance jobs.

Tasks and duties will include:

-Carrying out routine vehicle checks
-Loading and unloading household goods onto the truck and into customers homes
-Making sure that the goods are secured correctly
-Driving vehicles to their destination and unloading according to the moving plan
-Collecting payments and issuing receipts when applicable
-Maintaining a log book with details of trips, including rest breaks on long trips
-Customer service.

To successfully secure this opportunity, you MUST:

-Have at least 1 year truck-driving experience FOR A MOVING COMPANY
-Have a clean class B, C or D license
-Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
-Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
-Be capable and confident in your ability.
