We are looking for talented Sr Onsite Engagement Delivery Manager who has hands on experience in IT industry and worked at tire 1 firms This is a fulltime permanent role and we have two positions One in NJNYC area and other one are in Columbus OH Description Reporting to Delivery Head The EM will be responsible to understand client problems and provide solutions to address them provide the face of delivery to the clients and manage client expectations bull Client management Set manage client expectations before and after winning the deal be the face of delivery during execution participate in Clevel meetings escalation point for all delivery issues bull People management ndash work with all onsite employees addresses issues works with key offshore managers and practice heads bull Account management ndash work with sales and offshore practice head to review align and execute for account growth bull Sales support ndash Work with sales client ndash understand client problems ndash work with offshore teams to construct and provide solutions ndash make initial pitches proposal presentations and win the deal Key measurement criteria ndash 1 Revenue Growth ndash Existing New deals Margins 2 Customer Satisfaction 3 Employee Satisfaction (Onsite Key mgrs offshore) Must Have bull 1214 years of work experience bull Understanding of IT Services Business and offshore model bull Good Understanding of Technology bull Program Management Project management in an offshore (Global delivery) model bull Handrsquos on experience of delivering projects in an offshore (Global delivery) model bull Good understanding of Independent Testing Development maintenance lifecycles in GDM model bull Great communication presentation skills bull Experience working with large Financial Services firms Please send your updated resume to raghurbcollaberacom mailtoraghurbcollaberacom or call at 973####### Contact Raghu Bhat
