Job Title: Operation & Delivery Talent Internship - The Hyperfactory Requisition #: PUBL5661 Department: HYP USA Admin Job Summary: MXM Hyperfactory located in Soho, New York City is currently looking for new Talent to support our Operations and Delivery, Marketing and Campaign Management divisions. This individual will join our team for a minimum of 12 weeks. This internship is an intensive Talent Program that immerses interns in all sections of the agency. This will be accomplished through working on a variety of project and exploring role of coordinator, project manager and/or account support. The Talent will be able to take away a portfolio of their experiences and learnings achieved during their time with the agency. Talents will also receive a certificate demonstrating successful completion of the MXM Hyperfactory Talent Program. Duties will include, but not be limited to: - Assisting with the creation of project plans - Assisting with estimation of project budgets - Working with our design and development teams to execute a wide range of interactive projects - Assist with the Quality Assurance process - Assist with the packaging of materials and transmission of files - Assist with the creation of and proofing of client-facing documentation - General admin tasks: filing, taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings If you're interested in being the next 'Hyperfactory Talent' check out the qualifications below and send us your resume and cover letter.
