Manage the integration, cross-technical and multi-team coordination required to deliver technical services to NYU''s international sites, programs, specially designated sites and comprehensive campuses. Collaborate with NYU global academic and administrative leaders to gather requirements and client needs and monitor ongoing service levels and communications. Oversee and engage in the development of the service delivery model and tactical planning and implementation of information technology services, activities, and performance levels of technology tools provided to NYU''s global community. Engage Global leadership in the planning for new international sites. Integrate technology plans for the international sites into a cohesive global study environment. Consult with NYU Information Technology Services, the Office of Global Programs, NYU Abu Dhabi, NYU Shanghai, and all of and the international sites to plan and implement IT services, policies, practices, and operations at the New York offices and abroad. Manage the start-up and improvement of services for existing and new global/international sites, and coordinate upgrades and troubleshooting with global/international staff and staff in New York. Work with NYU Abu Dhabi and NYU Shanghai to integrate services across the global/international sites, including portal campuses. Work with international programs across the University to integrate services, develop economies of scale in service delivery, and advise on high-level IT strategies in the development of new ventures abroad. 68100 - GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
