QSAC is looking for dedicated and energetic professionals who are passionate about teaching and making a significant difference in the lives of students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families. We provide extensive support, training and opportunities for growth both professionally and within the organization. We are looking for an ABA Coordinator to create reinforcing, structured learning environments using the principles of applied behavior analysis.Job responsibilities include:-Provide training and feedback to teachers and assistants/aides using behavior skills training packages-Provides ABA supervision and/or training to classroom staff and parents-Participate in crisis prevention and intervention team-Assist/oversee development of Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plans-Performs function(s) of a Supervising Teacher, Staff Trainer, Curriculum Coordinator, and/or IEP Coordinator as well as a Master's Level Psychologist/Behavior Specialist in accordance with their education, credential and experience.-Develop with teachers, the IEP goals and objectives that address common core learning standards using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-Ensure that teachers apply principles of ABA to shape appropriate, socially significant behaviors with our students-Provide regular communication with classroom staff regarding all aspects of student progress, school and agency events and updates To apply, please e-mail your resume to .
