CIS Lead Training Analyst - PRIDE Health (New York, NY)

NYC Hospital is looking for CIS Lead Training Analyst The CIS Lead Training Analyst will manage all SCM related training initiatives and staff utilizing the full range of training methodologies. You will be responsible for new and existing training programs including; training material development; coordination of training activities and classes; scheduling rooms and target audiences; and the administration of training programs. You will serve as an advanced expert in SCM training. You will work with users to understand their training needs, communicate issues and suggest efficiencies as they relate to SCM training. You will be responsible for creating documents, tracking and analyzing information and providing detailed reports as needed. Responsibilities will include; problem identification, analysis and resolution; user training; and assisting in the implementation of new clinical applications. The ability to manage multiple tasks, analyze data, problem solve, prioritize, coordinate projects, and effectively communicate with all levels of hospital users is essential. Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) with a minimum of three to five years experience in training personnel on hospital clinical computer applications. Must demonstrate initiative, ingenuity, and the ability to independently the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate numerous individuals simultaneously and effectively. Clinical Licensure (e.g. RN, PT, RA, MT) is highly desirable.
