For more about Becker Professional Education, please visitwww.becker.com. Overview: The Classroom Coordinator (CC) is responsible for the operation of assigned classroom location(s). CC schedules classrooms for Becker Professional Education and ensures that each classroom has the necessary equipment and materials. The Classroom Coordinator will prepare classroom, installs and tests equipment on a regular basis to minimize problems. They will also assist with answering student questions and prepares schedule reminders for instructors and perform organizational, clerical, and ad-hoc duties as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintains all instructional materials that include filing, organizing, and maintaining inventory to ensure adequate supplies for each class. * Coordinates with Field Logistics Supervisor or Regional Manager in identifying, hiring, and training student assistant. * Installs and tests equipment to ensure smooth operation during classes and minimize technical issues. * Attends selected classes to assist with student questions, registration issues, and verify student identity. * Hands out student material/supplies as needed. * Acts as a liaison with site coordinators to secure dates, space and unique items as needed. * Ensures all BPE hardware and materials have a secured storage area and is safeguarded during class. * Responsible for the Response Cards at classroom locations. * Acts as a liaison with the customer service team to ensure all student issues are resolved in a timely manner. * Sends enrolled students welcome emails and periodic emails as needed. * Makes calls and emails students when classroom changes occurs. * Responsible for classroom attendance procedures. * Collaborates with instructor team to solve any classroom related issues. * Assists field marketing specialist with administrative projects. * Completes other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position. High school diploma required; some college preferred. * At least 2 years general office experience required. * Strong communication and organizational skills required. * Ability to work with a diverse population of students and resolve problems diplomatically in a timely manner. * Microsoft Office experience required and audio/visual troubleshooting skills desired. * Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. * Must be a team player, willing to share and exchange.
