BetterWorks is seeking a Customer Education Specialist Contractor to join the BetterWorks Education mission to create and deliver engaging and innovative learning that makes our customers and employees experts in goal management and continuous performance management. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about helping people use technology to accomplish their greatest ambitions. This role will be teaching in our public and private training programs both virtually and onsite with customers.

We expect the duration of this role to be 3 months, up to 30 hours / week

Qualities of a successful candidate:

* Creativity and passion for teaching and learning

* Ability to create and deliver effective learning assets to a wide range of audiences for both Enterprise and SMB customers.

* Ability to lead an engaging class for diverse learners

* Is highly intelligent, possesses strong interpersonal skills and good judgment

Responsibilities

* Be an optimistic and confidence-inspiring face of BetterWorks on customer education webinars, and onsite trainings.

* Build excitement for BetterWorks with executives, managers, and individual contributors.

* Design training collateral to include slide decks, PDF guides, and online help center articles.

* Deliver in-person and webinar-based live training on using BetterWorks software, and CPM best practices.

* Scope account-specific customer training needs and structure training plans.

* Up to 30% travel, primarily within the East Coast

Required Experience

* 4+ years experience in facilitation and/or customer outreach

* Instructional design experience a plus

* Video production, photoshop a plus

Required Skills

* Advanced proficiency in onsite training delivery

* Advanced proficiency in webinar-based training delivery

* Advanced proficiency in producing slide decks

* Basic proficiency in producing PDF user guides

* Basic proficiency in producing help center articles

* Basic understanding of the SaaS model

* Build strong relationships and collaborate across functions and levels internally and externally

* Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
