Learning & Education Specialist Responsibilities: * Coordinate the firm’s training programs: in-person internal programs, e-Learning and on-line solutions, and firm-sponsored learning conferences. Coordination responsibilities include: logistics, registration, program set-up and wrap-up, and ensuring attendee and instructor needs are met * Actively participate in the design and development of course content * Oversee all training policies, the firm’s relationship with NASBA and state CLE organizations, and all internal and external Continuing Education (CE) initiatives * Manage the development and maintenance of the firm’s e-Learning solutions * Regularly interact with subject matter experts (SME) and Human Capital on training and professional development issues * Complete ad-hoc L&E projects as assigned Requirements * Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related discipline or Bachelors Degree in any discipline plus training certification such as CPLP * Minimum one year experience in a corporate training function * Prior experience with e-Learning platform administration * Strong communications, customer service and organization skills * Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) * Previous experience in the Financial or Professional services industry preferred In order to be considered for a position at Duff & Phelps, you must formally apply viawww.duffandphelps.jobs.
