THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ABU DHABI, UAE New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a SMSP/SA Program Coordinator to assist with the operations and administration of program events for the Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Scholars Program (SMSP) and the NYUAD Summer Academy (SA). The programs offer a rigorous educational, cross-cultural, and leadership development experience to outstanding students in the UAE. The suitable candidate will assist with operations and administration of events for the SMSP/SA Programs, and will also be responsible for the following duties: Work closely with the Deputy Director and NYUAD Communications department to raise the profile of both programs in the UAE community. Create and design SMSP and SA yearbooks, recruitment materials, brochures, programs, invitations etc. Update and manage SMSP/SA websites. Work with the Deputy Directors to design programming and services for SMSP and SA alumni; maintain the database of Alumni information. Catalogue, duplicate, and distribute images, CD''s, DVD''s and other formats, coordinate assignments for photographers, videographers, and photo and media release approval processes for the existing batch and alumnis. 71600 - NYUAD SHEIKH MOHAMED SCHOLARS
