AR Manager - PRIDE Health (Brooklyn, NY)

Large Physician Grooup is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager. The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for efficient processes related to the collection of third party payments. The AR Manager ensures that billing and collections activity is performed in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements. This position interacts with third party billing vendors to ensure complete claims submission and appropriate adjudication. The AR Manager develops follow-up recommendations for appeals, write-offs, and referral to secondary collection agency and develops and distributes metrics and analyses related to collection performance. Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field with a minimum of five years progressive experience in a physician practice setting. Supervisory experience necessary. Extensive knowledge of third party reimbursement and highly developed analytical skills are required.
