Business Analyst- Basel II Project - Robert Half Management Resources (NEW YORK, NY)

International bank is seeking a strong business analyst ideally with knowledge Basel rules or Basel Calculations and also of regulatory reporting. Candidate must have strong Excel, Access, project management experience and knowledge of documentation, and UAT testing and development of test scripts. Candidate will ideally have 3+ years experience in this capacity and be able to work on a long term project basis. In light of new regulatory requirements they are required to report in a new format which their systems are unable to handle. Hence, they will require a business analyst to help partner with internal change management to support the project of redoing their systems with the end goal of being able to report effectively in the proper format to the regulator. Position involves documentation of existing processes, review of current processes, understanding how systems changes will effect their accounting processes, etc. Exposure to Basel is highly preferred.
