Business Analyst with DERIVATIVES / FX Location: New York City, NY Job Description: Business Analyst with expertise in Interest Rate, FX & Exotic Derivatives. The candidate should have a good understanding of the domain/business (derivatives in general) & good skills of stake holder management skills along with experience with the onsite/offshore model. 5-8 years of experience, including experience with at least a couple of full software development project lifecycles in Capital Markets space. Strong data analysis skills using SQL and Excel. Experience writing in requirements elicitation & functional /user acceptance testing. Ability to independently handle work. Ability to manage modules and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders / dependency teams. The requirements are for a test factory for a number of business / asset classes to reduce the work load of CSRs (Customer Services Representative) and business users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing). The candidate will be engaged with the stake holders, CSRs to gather the functional understanding and test requirements.
