What you’ll be doing...

The Manager analyzes disconnects, churn trends and market conditions to identify opportunities to drive growth, revenue and manage churn. Identifies local churn pressures and brings back to the HQ CRM team to drive national treatment strategies.

Develops deep dive analysis for executive leaders through Marketing/Field Operations.

Analyzes performance across a variety of metrics, i.e. KPIs, LNP, Segmentation, Propensity, etc to uncover new opportunities for growth and revenue.

Uses broad industry perspective to interpret competitive information, draw intelligent conclusions, provide assessments at the strategic and tactical level, and formulate promo recommendations on proactive and/or reactive actions.

Partners with other business units to identify opportunities for driving growth and mitigating churn.

What we’re looking for...

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in marketing or finance.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA or other analytical field).
  • Experience in marketing and finance-related roles, such as market research, financial analysis, pricing, product marketing, or strategic planning desired.
  • Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry preferred.
  • Ability to gather, organize and analyze large amounts of Data.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to see things not readily apparent to others and to find unique solutions to complex challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearlyexpress complex ideas.
  • Highly proficient with SQL, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to "see the big picture".
  • Strong business acumen and ability to provide strong insights required to build business cases for offer approval.
  • Strong business presentation skills.
