  • Program manage launch activity
  • Coordinate field/staff execution
  • Partner on resource gathering, business requirements and program design calls
  • Manage chats with wide populations, supporting
  • Gather and present feedback to agents and managers
  • Analyze performance and recommend solutions
  • Ensure seamless delivery and execution of programs within the Consumer Sales and Service Centers
  • Manage some complex work with some decision making authority
  • Coordinate, prepare, and present to mid-level leadership



Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

2+ year’s managerial experience

Moderate Microsoft office skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work cross functionally

Strong presentation skills


Project management skills
