Compliance and Privacy Manager - CenterLight Health System (Bronx, NY)

The Compliance and Privacy Manager will serve as the primary lead for maintaining, ensuring and fostering an environment that enhances and promotes compliance and adherence to all relevant federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Government Programs lines of business (Medicare Advantage, Part D, Managed Long Term Care, etc.). The incumbent must also possess a thorough understanding of the HIPAA Privacy Rule. Job Specifications Advanced knowledge and understanding of Federal and State regulations including HIPAA. Knowledge of managed care systems and market trends. Bachelor’s Degree required and project management experience preferred. Regulatory compliance experience in healthcare management necessary. Experience in preparing effective presentations and reporting using a variety of software programs e.g. Visio, PowerPoint and dashboard reports. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills including analytical skills required with acute attention to detail. Ability to work well with team members and other departments.
