Purpose of Position
Concordia seeks an energetic, detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our team in New York City. You will be a crucial member of a tightknit team working to design high-impact programming on effective cross-sector partnerships.

Responsibilities
Database Management:

• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization to encourage and ensure accuracy of data
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the organization and captures all required information at key points.
• Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted activities.
• Create training materials to complement the CRM’s capabilities / leading practices with end organization’s staff for day to day tasks necessary to perform roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain organization wide coding scheme and data entry practices.
• Monitor that data is entered consistently and accurately by other departments and team members.
• Manage general data quality audits including duplicate elimination and identification of coding errors.
• Develop and maintain timelines, project plans & roadmaps associated projects.
• Provide solutions and fixes to database process or functionalities as needed to support organizational growth and objectives.
• Support event registration processes including developing and maintaining registration forms, creating workflows, entering/modifying registration data, producing reports and assisting with onsite registration at events.
• Assist Communication Department with email strategy, membership outreach & associated database & list projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Highly organized and data-oriented
• Experience working with a CRM system and creating workflows and coding structures to manage a large volume of detailed constituent information.
• Able to generate reports and analyze data to send updates and tracking progress.
• Understanding of HTML and familiarity with MailChimp campaign development
• Event or Marketing Experience Preferred
• Deadline-oriented and calm under pressure. Able to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple work streams and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally, experience with non-profit specific CRM systems and concepts.
