Job Description

As the Director of Human Resources (HR), you will:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the organization regarding all Human Resources matters including policy development, performance management, staffing, staff planning and management, retention, career development, employee relations, benefits and compensation

• Provide leadership to the Human Resources department- serve as a model of and set a standard for professional competency, accuracy, and innovation. develop and implementing proactive strategies that solve business problems and drive business goals

• Ensure compliance with all workplace laws. engage in proactive solution gathering and implementation

• Manage large-scale projects

• Identify organizational needs and recommend and implement solutions to overcome challenges

• Remain current with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources

Required Skills

• BA or BS

• 7-15 years of Human Resources experience

• Hands-on experience with benefits, recruiting and operations

• Experience setting up programs and implementing them
