Director of Quality Management - CHHA - PRIDE Health (New York, NY)

Leading Certified Home Healthcare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse to serve as their Director of Quality Management. Responsibilities include managing and directing of Agency-wide quality/compliance/management efforts, clinical education, and overall health management information utilization, administering and directing all services and operations of assigned programs and areas of responsibility, including Health Information, Quality and Clinical Education, and defining and monitoring professional standards to insure clinical excellence in meeting program goals. Additional responsibilities include establishing and maintaining positive relationships with community providers, agencies and organizations, insuring continuous improvement in the delivery of customer focused quality care to result in ongoing compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies, and developing and facilitating committees, work groups and teams that insure employee participation in quality assurance, compliance and accreditation programs. Qualified individuals will be a least 5 years of progressive leadership working within Quality Management for a CHHA. Bachelor Degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
