Individual with demonstrated ability to strategically develop, contract and manage community based physician networks for all books of business. Manage a team of field staff, developing quality and performance metrics. Manage and monitor the financial and quality performance of the community physician network proactively identifying trends. Manage physician contracting and relationships, including VIP providers such as IPAs which includes proactive performance review and identification of potential issues which may affect clinical performance. Supervise team of field Managers and representatives; develop performance and quality reports/ metrics for staff in addition to a training program to ensure that messaging in the community is provided in a consistent and knowledgeable fashion. Identify provider partnership opportunities to secure position as preferred Plan for provider network. Attend meetings as necessary representing Network Management department for meetings and/ or corporate projects.
