Position details include:a. Reports to Sr. Director leading Development side of Turner Digital Sports Marketing & Promotions team. Oversees one Manager, and one Coordinator to develop, support, and manage digital promotionsb. Partners with Sales and Site Operations to bring best in class promotions to market; developing innovative client solutions and custom sales presentations that help drive revenue and reinforce Turner Digital marketing leadership in the industryi. Develop creative promotional opportunities and proposals that strategically support key advertiser objectives. Own process from brainstorm/ideation through approvals, to overall promotional pitch writing & presentationii. Collaborate with Marketing & Promotions team members, Sales teams, Site Operations teams, Research & Linear in developing & customizing opportunities based on meetings and/or RFP s, and development/customization of strategic presentations (e.g., Media Kits, Marketing Products & Platforms & Positioning Updates)iii. Familiarize/educate Sales on various strategies, platforms and marketing related updatesc. Strong verbal and written presentation skills a must in attending, presenting and developing key, strategic presentations, and RFP-based presentations both externally and internallyd. Assist management in the creation of high-level strategic projects and various case by case analysese. Leverage relevant industry and competitive marketplace info to enhance strategic marketing presentations and Turner Digital reputation internally and externallyf. Aid in the development of wrap-up presentations, case studies and awards submissions as neededg. Attend weekly meetings with key internal stakeholders including Sales, Site Marketing Operations, linear, and both individual Development team & full Marketing & Promotions teamh. Oversee maintenance and updates of team status documentation to help facilitate workload management and the smooth transition of sold promotions from Development to Execution i. Pro-activity a plus in taking on special projects, followed through to completion j.
